Its hard to believe that the Holidays are already upon us; it seems like only last month that you broke ground on our decks.  How the time has flown by, and as a result this letter is long over due.  As you will recall Kim and I were very excited about the Thermal Industries Dream Deck product, yet were cautiously pessimistic about the ability of a contractor to install this product up to the standards of our demand.  It was your commitment to "making it right no matter what" and assistance in modifying our existing deck plans to accommodate both the Dream Deck product and our budget that gave us the confidence to proceed with the project.  Let me put it simply: We love our Dream Decks by Outdoor Additions!  The design, the product, the craftsmanship are all first class.  We have enjoyed many hours of recreation and relaxation on them this past summer and feel that they are the only option for anyone who desires a beautiful, maintenance free, addition to their home.  For you file I have enclosed some photos of our deck, feel free to use them however you wish.
